About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Content Intern to help create engaging content about AI agents, automation workflows, voice AI, and related technologies. You will research technical topics, write blog posts and case studies, draft LinkedIn content, and help build our content marketing presence.
This internship is ideal for someone who is curious about AI and automation, enjoys writing, and wants to build a portfolio of published technical content. You will work closely with the engineering team to understand what we build and translate it into content that resonates with business owners and technical decision-makers.
What You Will Create
- Blog posts about AI agents, automation tools, voice AI, and industry trends
- Case studies documenting client projects (problem, solution, results)
- LinkedIn posts and content ideas for thought leadership
- Video scripts for Loom walkthroughs and YouTube content
- Portfolio descriptions and project catalog copy for Upwork listings
- Email sequences and marketing copy for outreach campaigns
Requirements
- Strong written communication in English
- Ability to research and understand technical concepts quickly
- Interest in AI, automation, and technology trends
- Attention to detail in writing, editing, and formatting
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet content deadlines
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
Nice to Have
- Experience writing blog posts or technical articles
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Basic understanding of automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
- Experience with content management systems or social media
- Portfolio of published writing samples
