About the Role
We are looking for a GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer to build lead generation pipelines, outbound email systems, and sales automation workflows for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and automation engineering.
You will build Clay enrichment tables, n8n data pipelines, CRM workflows in HubSpot and GoHighLevel, and email automation sequences. You should be comfortable with APIs, data enrichment, and building repeatable systems that generate qualified leads at scale.
What You Will Build
- Clay enrichment pipelines that pull data from multiple sources, score leads, and push qualified contacts into CRM sequences
- n8n workflows for lead routing, data transformation, and multi-step outbound campaigns
- HubSpot and GoHighLevel CRM automations (deal flow, contact management, pipeline reporting)
- Email automation sequences using SendGrid, Instantly, or native CRM tools
- Claude Code skills and agentic workflows for repeatable GTM tasks
- Data pipelines connecting LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, CRMs, and email platforms
Requirements
- Experience with at least one lead generation or enrichment platform (Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster)
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing workflows (lead scoring, email sequences, CRM pipelines)
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Curiosity about new tools and willingness to experiment
Nice to Have
- Clay expert-level experience (formulas, AI enrichment, waterfall lookups)
- HubSpot or GoHighLevel CRM experience
- Email deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up)
- Claude Code or AI coding assistant experience
- Experience with cold outreach best practices and TCPA compliance
- GitHub workflow and version control
