About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to build dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that help our clients make better decisions. You will work across multiple client projects, transforming raw data from CRMs, advertising platforms, e-commerce systems, and databases into clear, actionable visualizations.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data from diverse sources. You will own the full analytics pipeline from data extraction to final dashboard delivery.
What You Will Build
- Executive dashboards in Looker Studio for marketing performance, sales pipelines, and operational metrics
- Google Sheets reporting systems with automated data feeds and calculated metrics
- Data extraction pipelines using APIs, n8n, or Python scripts
- Ad performance dashboards combining data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
- E-commerce reporting combining Shopify, WooCommerce, and payment processor data
- Client-facing reports with clear narratives and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Google Sheets, or Excel
- Basic understanding of data sources (Google Analytics, CRMs, ad platforms)
- Attention to detail in data accuracy and visualization design
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
- Python or SQL experience for data manipulation
- Experience with Airtable, BigQuery, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhook data
- Experience creating automated reporting pipelines
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
